1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on spo777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. spo777 enforces a minimum age of 21 years in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. If you are under 21, you are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia. Members accessing the Platform from Prohibited Territories — whether through a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology — are in breach of these Terms and may have their Account suspended without notice.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of a current or former employee, director, officer, or agent of spo777 or any affiliated entity.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the Platform or excluded at spo777's direction.

3 Account Registration

Registration on spo777 is free of charge. To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid email address.

One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) spo777 Account. Creating or attempting to create multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. spo777 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. If duplicate Accounts are identified, spo777 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

Account Security. You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify spo777's support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. spo777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

KYC Verification. spo777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle. This may include a government-issued identity card (KTP), passport, proof of residential address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by spo777 may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Currency. All transactions on spo777 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No other currencies are accepted or processed.

Supported Deposit Methods. spo777 supports deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by channel and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction.

Deposit Processing. Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your Account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. spo777 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party sources not registered in your name.

Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in the same name as the spo777 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests are processed on a first-in, first-out basis. Under normal operating conditions, withdrawals to BCA and BRI are processed within 15 to 60 minutes of submission. Processing times may be extended during scheduled bank maintenance or peak-traffic periods.

Withdrawal Verification. spo777 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Where a withdrawal is withheld for investigation purposes, spo777 will notify the Member as soon as reasonably practicable.

Transaction Fees. spo777 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Standard transfer fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider remain your responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

spo777 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Ramadhan, and Chinese New Year (Imlek). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms published for each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified Members in good standing only. Members under investigation, under self-exclusion, or in breach of these Terms are not eligibl e for any promotional offer.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Where no multiplier is explicitly stated, a default of 10x applies to the bonus amount.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
• spo777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such amendment will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in active wagering progress.
• Attempting to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple Accounts, hedging strategies, or coordinated play — constitutes bonus abuse and may result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, associated winnings, and Account termination.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on spo777 are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, spo777's decision — based on data from its official feed providers — shall be final. Markets covered include BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and all other markets listed on the Platform at any given time.

Togel Markets. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on spo777 follow the official draw results published by the relevant draw authority for each market (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau). Results displayed on the Platform are sourced directly from the official draw feed. Any discrepancy must be reported to support within 24 hours of the draw.

Live Casino. Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other certified providers. In the unlikely event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the outcome of the interrupted round will be determined in accordance with the relevant provider's documented disconnection policy.

Slot Games. All slot titles available on spo777 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual session. Any suspected malfunction of a slot game must be reported to support immediately; bets placed during a confirmed malfunction will be voided and stakes refunded.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement or game loading and are subject to change without prior notice.

Void Bets. spo777 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error — including bets accepted at clearly erroneous odds due to a system error or human error — and to return the stake to the Member's Account balance.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the spo777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or using VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in the Member's own name.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform's betting markets or games in a manner not sanctioned by spo777.
• Attempting to exploit system errors, technical glitches, or erroneous odds for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corruption related to sporting events or lottery draws offered on the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing spo777 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Sharing Account access or credentials with any third party.

8 Responsible Gaming

spo777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm to its Members. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all Members at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control their spending.
• Loss Limits: Members may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure automatic session-end timers to manage the duration of their play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications remind Members of the time elapsed and funds spent during an active session.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may self-exclude for a defined period (minimum 1 month) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's Account will be suspended and no new Account may be registered.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the spo777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, game content, data compilations, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of spo777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software forming part of the Platform; or use any Platform content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of spo777.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, spo777 shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Any interruption, suspension, delay, or cessation of Platform services due to technical failure, scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond spo777's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in the publication of betting odds, game RTP figures, or draw results where such inaccuracy is attributable to a third-party data provider.

In all cases where spo777's liability is not excluded by the above, spo777's total aggregate liability to any individual Member in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

spo777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by spo777 is used exclusively for Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and responsible gaming monitoring purposes. spo777 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

spo777 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and maintains strict internal access controls to safeguard data at rest. Members retain the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to spo777's legal obligations to retain certain records.

12 Amendments

spo777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, spo777 will notify active Members via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect, where circumstances permit. In cases of urgency — such as changes required to comply with applicable law or to address security vulnerabilities — amendments may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support. Any Real-Money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to pending KYC and withdrawal verification checks.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions, including the effective date displayed at the top of this page, supersedes all prior versions.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the Platform's operating jurisdiction. spo777 operates as an internationally licensed online entertainment platform and does not make any representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond the intended service area.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally accepted arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits spo777's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
